Identification:
A small, slender gecko with elongated body and delicate, narrow toes. Eyes are large with vertical pupils, adapted for nocturnal activity.

Habitat:
Rocky habitats, stone walls, ruins, urban areas, and dry open landscapes. Frequently associated with human structures.

Status in Lebanon:
Native and relatively common. Found in a variety of habitats, especially in rocky areas and buildings.

Diet:
Carnivorous — feeds on insects and other small invertebrates.

Behavior:
Nocturnal and active at night. Often seen on walls, rocks, and buildings, hunting insects attracted to light. Moves quickly with precise climbing ability. During the day, hides in cracks and crevices.

Conservation status:
Least Concern (IUCN Red List)
