In rare cases where we must cancel a trip due to unsafe weather, road closures, or official restrictions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.
We monitor conditions closely and make such decisions only when necessary to protect both participants and wildlife.

The maximum number of guests per trip ranges from one to four, depending on the selected trip. For the best experience, we always recommend smaller groups, as this allows for better focus on wildlife, photography opportunities, and a more personal adventure. If you cancel more than 7 days before your trip, you will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip are non-refundable. We recommend notifying us as early as possible so we can assist with rescheduling options when available.
