This applies to every image on this website, including photographs contributed by guest photographers, who retain copyright in their own work. Permission for any image is arranged through ThreeSixty Photography Nature FZ-LLC.
What this means
No image or video from this site may be used — in print, online, in presentations, in publications, in AI training datasets, or in any other form — without written permission obtained in advance. This includes use that is non-commercial, educational, or credited.
Saving an image to view it later, or sharing a link to the page it appears on, is fine. Republishing the image itself is not.
Licensing an image
Photographs from this site are available to license for books, scientific articles, research projects, university papers, exhibitions, editorial use and commercial use. Terms depend on how and where the image will be used, so each request is answered individually.
To request an image, contact us with:
the page or species the image appears on
where and how you intend to use it
the territory and duration of the intended use
Requests are usually answered within a few working days.
Prints are not a licence
Buying a print from the store is a purchase of a physical item for personal display. It does not transfer copyright or grant any right to reproduce, publish or redistribute the image. Licensing is arranged separately through the process above.
