This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies only to physical products purchased through our online store.
It does not apply to wildlife guided trips, photography experiences, workshops, or any booking-based services.
All guided trips and experiences are covered separately under our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details, sizing information, and images before placing an order.

We fully stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Even where returns or exchanges are not applicable, we will do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution whenever possible.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
This applies to cases such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Shipping fees cover real logistics and courier services that have already been completed.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, any applicable shipping costs will be included in the resolution, whether through replacement or refund.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are non-refundable.
If a return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to an error on our side.

This is not mass production. Each item is created as part of a wider mission to connect people with wildlife and raise awareness through what they carry, wear, and collect.
