Little Owls(Athene noctua) are charming birds of prey characterized by their compact size. Despite their small stature, these owls exhibit a robust build. On average, they weigh between 5.3 to 7.8 ounces (150 to 220 grams).

With a distinctive appearance featuring a prominent facial disk, bright yellow eyes, and brown-and-white speckled plumage, little owls are native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa.
